I have updated the CDLC to version 2. I have made changes to the Lead path Distortion tones as having heard them on different pickups, I decided they needed a bit more grunt to them. I don't think they were "really bad" however, but hopefully should be better for all now. I also made minor tab changes to the start of the solo which should help. |

Yeah or Dance with the Dead... I've seen some awesome metal covers of their stuff! Sadly they didn't provide guitar tabs though. Regarding the tuning, firstly you're right there are bits where the 5th string is used, my bad. All I know is when I drop the tuning as I described, it then wants me to re-tune the 5th string to make it a semi-tone higher and I wonder if the tab could be adjusted to make this not necessary. A few notes may need to be moved around. |

Thanks for this! I've seen some covers of Synthwave tracks for Guitar and been meaning to chart one out sometime. I ran into an issue with the tuning though in this track... it's set up for a 7 string. For a 6 string the tuning should be: G-D-G-C-F#-A for reference, I used my drop pedal to lower my 6 string down to A standard and dropped the top string to a whole tone to G and the 5th string doesn't match because this is a 7 string tuning. Altering this will not affect the chart as the 5th string isn't even used. |

any chances at having a go at 'numb' or 'when my train pulls in' ? I can find very little in terms of tabs for Gary Clark Jr. so it's not likely as I'm not sure I know enough yet to tab this style of lead guitar out by ear yet. |
