Hey guys, nice work :) the lead seems a little out of sync in the intro, might be my ear while playing, don't know, just wanted to tell :D but the rhythm has a few mistakes: the mainriff, you know, the second part of the intro, is not with a empty A-string, it's a D-string, empty ^^ so like a pull of from every note on that string. else I'd put the 8th on a to the 3rd on d, because of that pulloff-thing. That's what i guess while playing. It's not a big problem, but this should be told to you :) anyway, the lead and the rhythm are a little mixed, you start at playing Zacky's part, switching to Syn's and then going back... some live-videos may help with arranging the parts to the guitars I'll go now and play more A7X m/Thanks for the input man! I'm sure my boy, once he sees this, will look into the things you mentioned. He had to manually tab all of this out of an official "Waking the Fallen" songbook into Tux by hand. I'm sure it's possible that there is a synch, or typo issue here or there, and sometimes trying to cram what may be 4 different studio guitar parts into 2 tracks can get a little confusing as well! But you guys noticing these things, and pointing them out so we can look at/repair them is awesome. We appreciate it, because we are aiming at quality when it comes to the synch and DDC! (And that's a good idea about watching the live vids to help sort out the track! Woulda never thought of that!) |

Next A7x song by me/us will probably be Unholy Confessions..... It's one of my favs. We will use the same source for the tab, which means it has to be put in to Tux by hand first. So, if you like the accuracy of the tab and way the dynamic difficulty on this CDLC makes sense, then hang in there for Unholy Confessions. It will take us some time, but hopefully the quality shows! We started doing CDLC after seeing DD missing or just making utterly no sense at all due to the songs not being synched or sections not being logically added. Hopefully we can help raise the bar a bit on CDLC, and hopefully there are other players who enjoy the DD aspect of the game as much as us, and enjoy seeing it implemented much better! |
