Goin' through my CDLC collection on Lead and Bass. Lead: -Could use some arpeggio markers -Dead notes in octave chords in Bonus Lead (which can affect the game's accuracy in reading) -Bonus Lead chart stops doing arpeggios before the audio does before the quiet part -Bonus Lead outro inaccurate Bass: -A 12th on first few parts isn't actually played -Instead of open A being sustained, there's an E being played where its tail is. This is probably A 7th because it slides up to A 12th at the end of the choruses. -Chorus is partially in wrong octave and missing some variation -Tails bump into the next note with affect legibility some Lead's issues are just visual polish for the most part, but I think bass could be revisited to make sure it's accurate. Thanks for making this! Sorry, what a pity. I have only now read your comment. will try to integrate your suggestions and hints to improve the chart in a update. Thank you! |

well, the part when the song gets more aggressive seems pretty acurate to me. The intro part seems to miss some points, one on the top of my mind is the 5 to 7 hummer-ons and pull-offs, wich it doesnt have in CDLC The picking section goes in revision again. I found some mistakes more. |

About the version being accurate i think this one is (idk if you used this one)https://www.songster...ve-tab-s30031t0 Anyway, as i play a long i can see and transcribe some parts. I know this version and have used the picking track, modified,corrected and changed in C# Tuning. These and other versions have the same flaws and little difference. All Lead Solo Parts versions are similar and incorrect in notation. Unfortunately that is a fact. You only notice it during the direct synchronization between audio and score (wrong notes and timing). If you play the score of the different versions as play along, it sounds okay, but definitely not in line with the original. B.T.W How does my chart like for Rocksmith? |

@wormweed Well, I thought so already with the muted(string) notes and are charted in the rhythm part. Actualy it is a drum sound in the studio record and will played by Gary only in the live act, but no problem and no fail to chart and play this notes in the studio version too. BTW: The rhythm part (update2) is charted like in the cover demo (video). I will also add the notes in the lead part. The sound of version1 comes back, was a mistake. Sorry! Thanks for the great song, never heard it before, but i instantly loved it. Seems to be some missing notes on the lead path, and slightly out of sync in certain parts. There should be some notes inbetween the double stop at the 7th fret on the a and d string, and the out of sync part seems to be on the low e string in the parts that alternate between 7th and 9th fret. I suck at explaining without timestamps to go by, so i hope you get what im trying to say. Really like this track overall, so don't take it as complaints. Thanks, for your feedback! With update 2.0 are some problems fixed, incl. sync. I think the Rhythm track contains notes with some missed notes. Otherwise, I need more info. A screenshot may be helpful to better understand what you mean. Thank you! |

Hi, I played the lead a few times and this has the 100% mastery bug. It shows as 100% even though I only had the levels set to 50% throughout the song. Also, are you able to work on the DD? Instead of it deconstructing the chords as you lower the levels to 40 or 50%, could it just reduce the repeating strums and add more strums as you amp up the level? I can play the chords but switching so fast and getting the rhythm down is where the problems lie. Thanks! Thanks for your feedback and report! I will try to fix the DD Bug. |

... the unnecessary sustains and some wrong notes make this almost unplayable (at least for me). ..... I guess that's something to think about. This Song is charted with original notes from HMX RB3 Pro. :D Sorry, but my trust to HMX made is higher! There is nothing to change for me! Sure, the Bass is a hard turn, but original! My chart has DD and you can practice step by step. I can't understand! You can made your own (easier) Version, but I thought you wanted learn. The tuning and capo position are not correct on this. I've played for over 20yrs, it should be standard 440hz and capo at 2nd fret. you're right, it must capo on the second fret.The tabs were without tuning specification .... or Capo on the first fret Will soon be corrected!But it works for the moment also so, only that all notes are moved by one fret. Play is correct possible - right? Thank you! |

Great song choice but there are a couple of issues. The rhythm section is almost unplayable because the note highway has all the chords jammed closely together. In the lead section, it might be the overall tone, but it did not sound quite right with the music being played by the band. Rhythm Rocksmith determines the camera angle with the fret hand position.Since I have unfortunately no influence!The Fret Hand position is correct, said the Editor EoF.This is also a problem of the 3D View. LeadThe lead part is played with at least two guitars, Overdrive and Distort.I've decided to distort.Sure, the sound may not be perfect. This could possibly will improved. The Tabs are 100% correct in sync. Edit: I have a test started with a different camera view.See release note! |

Thanks, i just played this on guitar. Indeed there's some tuning problem. The little gimmick or solo is right, no tuning problem. But all the chords needs to be played with capo on third fret. You can correct that in EOF. Hope this will help. Thanks for the tip, I also have so found in Internet Update 1.5 is ready.... |

The custom tones are very well done. But there's one thing which is bothering me. The idea of separating rhythm and lead. I think we all know that RATM doesnt have rhythm guitarist so I believe. That the Rhythm part should really be 'Lead' part. And I get why you separated it. Probably because the GP file was divided into 2 guitars. Which are there, I agree. But If you divide it the same way into rocksmith, you have 1 arrangement (rhythm) which is good and 2 arrangement (lead in this custom) which is completely useless because, its boring and there is one chord in ages. So I would suggest you to change Rhythm to Lead. Also make a clone arrangement of 'rhythm' and put the parts of 'Lead' into it and then add it as a Bonus arrangement to Lead. It will make much more sense and people can chose if they want to play the song with the parts that differ in lead or the parts in the rhythm. And both arrangement will be playable and interesting. Hope I helped Thanks for CDLC PS: Suggestion in short list: Rhythm ==> Lead EoF: Parts of Lead into===> Rhythm '2' Rhythm '2' = Lead (Bonus Arrangement) PS2: I didnt tried the bass. Slight problem - with everything set to 100% difficulty, halfway through the second "block", my PC locks up completely and RS needs to be killed in Task Manager to continue. I tried the trick of starting with default difficulty and then setting it to 100% but it still crashed. Also is the tuning ok? I may be wrong but I think everything is a semitone up from where it should be? I will check that again Thanks! |

Nice. Just recently thought about doing this but if I do another ELP track then probably Karn Evil 9. :D This Song has no good Guitar Tabs and another ELP Songs have mostly Bass only, addition to the keys of course. Good Tabs I have of "Peter Gunn" and "Knife-Edge", but unfortunately only bass.Good for me, as a drummer and bass player, but enough for you? |

When you get around to doing some updates on your customs, this one needs some work. Needs some tone work, and the tab needs to be tweaked a bit. You've got continued guitar playing during the fade out, well after the audio of the song has faded out to nothing. Nothing is so good that it cannot be improved. I will take to heart your comments ;) |

Any chance you could post a Mac version please? It won't convert on my end, and just hangs the toolkit. It appears there may be a problem contained somewhere in the package, as a failure to convert usually indicates that. It also won't extract using RocksmithToTab (nothing to do with you, I know).
