Title: Infinity

This chart actually did start as one for that version, but during the tabbing process I ended up switching to this one since the audio was significantly clearer for all the parts and the solo was a lot more fun to play. I still have the half finished tab but can't imagine I'll ever come back to it, haven't really worked on anything for Rocksmith since years ago

Live version =/= Studio In live shows it is generally played as a simpler and more consistent riff, but listening closely to the studio version you can hear that it's played very inconsistently with octaved pitches jumping between strings Also notable is that the Bass for the studio version was recorded by Paul, whereas for live performances he plays Rhythm guitar and Brad Truax fills in to play Bass for live shows so that contributes to even more differences

The Bandit is in the works, most of it is done but there's still a decent amount of stuff to work on (Lead tones, also a few notes that are buried in the mix and hard to hear). Not 100% sure when it'll be ready.

I've made progress on transcribing a few songs from the new album, not sure when they'll be ready. It's kinda slow especially since there's not much live footage yet.

All your Fall of Troy charts are lacking severely in refinement - Chord sustains are missing, sustain tails are not trimmed so they interfere with upcoming notes, chord fingerings are obviously wrong a lot more often than they should be (should never be fingers 1-2-3 for a power chord in Drop D), notes are very clearly not snapped to grid, tempo lines that should indicate beat 1 are on beat 2 or 3 which causes sectioning problems (your intended sections often bleed into what's obviously supposed to be other sections of the song - also it appears that some time signatures are not correct). Beyond that there are numerous problems with FHP, Handshapes don't appear to be used at all when they would be useful, note effects that are clearly missing or placed on the wrong notes (tap, ho/po, etc.), slides/bends that happen way off time compared to the actual audio, slides that are just generally not appropriate, slides that only go 1 fret - with a band this technical it should take a fairly significant amount of time to finish a single song, let alone a whole album in one day. You say you spent a good deal of time on these songs but it doesn't show.

pretty sure the bass continues during that break you've put in, plus the final bass part could do with tightening up. otherwise great work keep it up In live performances Colin tends to play very minimally during the break (if he plays there at all it's just root notes at an extremely low volume), but the low notes are taken care of in the recording by Thom's guitar so I didn't chart anything there on the Bass path. The very ending of the Interlude section has some notes that could debatably be played by Bass, but charting just those at a really quiet volume with two long breaks around it only messed with the flow of the song and didn't add anything so I didn't think they would be necessary to chart. As for the Outro, it's not really possible to hear exactly what the Bass is playing in the recording over everything else going on so I basically had to follow live performances again and chart to match what's played there and make adjustments for anything that was audible in the studio version.

V1.1 Changelog:   - Repositioned some chords in Lead Chorus - Removed excessive chord names from Rhythm arrangement - Added handshapes to Bass Chorus riffs - Extended final chord / handshape lengths between changes - Changed fingering of first chord in Rhythm Bridge (entire bridge now fits into one hand position) - Repositioned some notes in Bass Verse + added transitional slides - Simplified Lead tones, condensed to one tone rather than two since the Bridge doesn't need a separate tone - Minor adjustments to tones + volumes - Changed sectioning in Bass arrangement (each Chorus now has 2 separate phrases that level independently of each other but at the same time as matching phrases in other Chorus sections) - Adjusted scroll speed to match Official DLC - Reworked all FHPs to proper hand positions - Added tempo clicks to beginning of Rhythm arrangement (other paths don't need it) - Minor adjustments to sync throughout

V3 Changelog:   - Added 2 Bass arrangements (Bass and Alternate Bass) - Clarified locations of muted chords in Rhythm and Alternate Lead Outro with Accent markers - Removed excessive chord names from repeated chords (chords separated by a mute originally created another prompt for the same chord name after the muted note - now the same chord name applies to all notes until a chord change) - Altered a few lyrics, adjusted lyric lengths and phrases to start and end at proper times - Added Multi-Part Descriptors to tones so each tone has a unique name - Minor adjustments to tones + volumes - Changed sectioning in all arrangements (similar phrases now have the same phrase name so they level with each other, and the Lead Chorus sections now start and end at proper times by using a workaround to allow handshapes to look like they cross section borders but they actually don't so there aren't any errors) - Adjusted scroll speed to match Official DLC - Reworked all FHPs to proper hand positions - Added tempo clicks to beginning of all applicable tracks - Minor adjustments to sync throughout - Created proper preview audio

V1.1 Changelog:   - Bass tone modified to sound even more like the original recording - Bass handshape at the 12th fret now marked (originally left off as an option to use other fingers, but using any other fingers doesn't really make sense) - Some minor alterations to notes on Bass (the fast variations with the dead notes now start with an open 3rd string rather than the 7th fret of the lowest string, some slides moved from the lower octave to the higher octave D string) - Fret-hand positions on Lead now consistent at 12th fret during main riff (auto generated ones moved up a fret for the 2nd handshape, but that's not how it's really played so I adjusted those manually) - Tones on Lead and Rhythm adjusted to be more at a more balanced relative volume when tones change throughout the song - Lyrics updated to match official ones, as detailed by Paul Banks himself:   https://youtu.be/V-kk93oe57w   Some of the lyrics are really not what I thought they were (to be fair, it's odd to have one random French lyric, and the word "Repentants" at the very end is intentionally misleading)

Bass path is perfect, got any plans on doing "Mouths like sidewinder missiles"? The version here is a bit of a mess. Yeah the current version of Mouths Like Sidewinder Missiles is VERY poorly done, there's a few songs by The Fall of Troy that I might like to do first but I think this would be one of their easier songs for me to do at some point in the future

Thanks for making ATDI customs! I just played this song on bass and it plays really well but the chart ends 4 measures before it should, a whole phrase is just a held note when it should be a repetition of the 4 measures before it. Other than that all the ATDI bass charts are excellent, I'm looking forward to more!

Awesome job! I just played the bass part and it's charted very well although the 16th note runs at the end are a bit quick to play fingerstyle, they may be better as 8th triplets or something. Hope you get good tabs for the rest of your Deloused project, I look forward to playing it!
