To me it sounds like it should be with pulloffs all the time, as its tabbed at the start of the song. The notes are correct, just missing the palm mutes and pulloffs. The rest of the song seems good.

It sounds better if i shift it up so i can play it on lower strings. Not sure if it's just me being bad, or if they actually play it on the lower strings in the song. If you don't mind. then you can try it and see if you think it's correct or if im full of shit, and let me know. There is actually an official tab on Ultimate Guitar for this song. It's in standard 7 strings. I wish I could get guitar pro of that tab and convert it down to 6 string baritone tuning. Yeah, i wasn't pleased with my version either, so i didn't upload it. I used to think the offical tabs on Ulitmate guitar were offical by the band, but they are just offically made by the crew at Ultimate guitar. But this song has a pretty simple guitar solo, and there are some good videos of people playing it on youtube. I have made cdlc myself, so i know it takes time to change the notes of a solo, and i understand if this one is close enough to not be worth the time it takes. I have started to make a lot of songs, that has turned out to be a nightmare to fix due to terrible tabs (Yngwie Malmsteen - Flamenco Diablo for example). But a lot of the most common songs are allready on here, so it's a bit of a challenge finding any uncommon songs with a good tab.

What kind of pickups do you have? it still sounds very bright, and very noisy, hard to explain. It's not a huge deal, the song is so slow paced that it's enough time to change tone after the clean intro. It just made me wonder if it's my setup that made the tone like that, so that maybe the tone i used for my cdlc sounds awful for others.

The lead path tones after the clean intro sounded really bad, but that could just be my guitars and setup. Not posting to spread hate, just some constructive feedback. Honestly it might be the fact that it's a 7 string song being tabbed to 6 string. I've seen an official tab on UG that is in 7 string. To bad there isn't 7 string support for this game Yeah, but this part of the solo is quite simple, mostly on the b and g string, so that should be the same on any guitar. Does it sound right when you play it? is it just me? Ruud Jolie has his own youtube channel, and i have watched many of his videos, but he doesn't have a playthrough of this song. He is an awesome guy, and shows his way of playing in great detail, very well explained too.

I discovered this one by just trying out most of your cdlc, since you have a lot of cdlc that fits my music taste perfectly. That said, there are a few mistakes with this song, many graphical mistakes where notes are invisible, so you only see the fret number, but there are also many notes that are wrong, including a few slides that is charter to slide down 2 frets then back up 2 frets again, while it should just stop after sliding down 2 frets. Thanks for making this one, i really love this one, and it's not impossible to play like many of his other songs.

I have some good tones, one stolen with permission from Teinashu, modifed a little to make it less noisy, that i use for rhythm parts, and my lead tone of choice is an offical tone from Trans Siverian Orchestra, and a self made clean that i feel works well for most things. I wish you would have taken the time to add palm mutes in your cdlc though, as it makes note recognition better. It doesn't take that much extra time while you are in EoF, 5 minutes maybe less. Once you found the keyboard shortcuts it's just as easy as marking the first note of the section, holding in shift and marking the last note, and then it palm mutes them all. The riff that goes on the d g and b string has a few unmuted notes inbetween, but pretty much the entire thing is palm muted. I allready have way too many drop tuning songs i barely play. My ESP guitar is set up in drop D, but the glossy neck makes it really annoying to play. I just really love my Ibanez rg6, but it has a floyd rose, so it's too much hassle to drop tune it. Should probably sell the ESP and get another Ibanez rg6, but i really like the EMG 81/85 sound, so yeah. Annoyingly all the Powerwolf songs from the new album are uploaded in Eb drop Db too

They playing it in Eb, not C#, but except this everything is pretty good Huh, sounds good to me. Their other songs on this album are also charted to C#, and they sound ok too. I prefer not having them in drop tuning, because it's annoying to drop tune my floyd rose guitar, and i just use a Digitech Whammy DT to change from E to Eb, D, C# and C tuning. Not my cdlc, was just curious if you thought it sounded wrong, or if you just wanted Eb tuning to be more like the way the band plays it.

The distortion tone was a bit "fart in a tuba" sounding, lol, if you know what i mean. Bit too much bass, and it sounds a bit echo-ish/delayed. Best explanation of a tone ever? If you are looking for a tone i could recommend the tone Teinashu used in songs like Orphanded Land - Children, and Rhapsody of fire - on the way to ainor. I have that tone saved on my quick slots, and i know many others have too. Another bit of advice would be to split up the riff repeater sections a bit more on most of your cdlc, so that it's easier to practice shorter sections of the songs, that would be very nice on songs like Mattias IA EklundhMidsummer - Night In Hell. You upload a lot of good songs, so it's just some friendly advice, and i don't mean to bash on you. thanks!

Seems to be some missing notes on the lead path, and slightly out of sync in certain parts. There should be some notes inbetween the double stop at the 7th fret on the a and d string, and the out of sync part seems to be on the low e string in the parts that alternate between 7th and 9th fret. I suck at explaining without timestamps to go by, so i hope you get what im trying to say. Really like this track overall, so don't take it as complaints.

Edit: No, still the same. 67% mastery after the first playthrough, on what i would consider the easiest song on customsforge. Was thinking maybe it was a little out of sync, but playing before or after the notes did nothing either. I don't get it, i have 1500 hours on Rocksmith 2014, and this is the only one that misses (unless you count the songs far above my skill level ofc, lol). Edit 2: it recognize them better if i don't palm mute, but that's not how it's played. I know the notes arent marked as PM, but this is far from the only cdlc without PM marked notes, but they play just fine.

But nothing works. This is the only one out of the 2200 songs i have with this problem

At the download location, there's always going to be the original E Flat version of the song, but I've added a file that's tuned to E Standard. I know it's a pain for me, so it might be a pain for other people, but I don't like tuning my Floyd Rose equipped guitar up and down all the time, so I always leave it in E Standard. The song sounds slightly chipmunky, but it might be worth the convenience for some people. Just get a drop tune pedal. my Digitech Whammy DT was my best purchase ever. I use my E standard tuned floyd rose guitar for everything, except drop D etc because that won't work. I can't tell the difference from really tuning down to E flat or using the whammy DT, same with D standard. Sounds just fine on C standard as well, but it starts getting a little muddy after C#. The game picks up the notes just fine all the way down to B standard. Changing tuning is annoying and boring on any guitar, so is the tuning screen in rocksmith, but the whammy dt lets me bypass all that. Just play the song i want to play, jump between tunings. Same string tickness and tension for any tuning is also really nice. Well worth the money!

I want to practice certain parts of many of your Dark Moor songs, but it's really annoying when the sections are randomly split up like this, so that i having to sellect way more than i want in the riff repeater. Would be nice if you could improve the riff repeater sections a bit in the future, make them start and stop when certain parts of the song start and stop, so that you dont have parts of the chorus rhythm notes in the same part as the start of the solo, for example. Or the first riff sharing riff repeater section with 10 seconds of the intro.

Once I have gained that knowledge, I will go back and update all CDLCs that need it. Until that time, you are under no obligation to play the half assed versions. I thought you knew how to add tone changes, since you have made so much good quality cdlc, and the only problem i had has been a couple of songs with clean parts that has no tone changes. And i was annoyed because i had asked you the same question twice before, without getting any response. So i assumed it was laziness, but im sorry for assuming that when you didn't know how to do it.

I have a very good clean tone, if you want it. I know i can just edit the tone, now that you implemented tone changes. But i just thought id let you know, so you could update it for everyone. The acoustic emulator is really bad, imo. No way to hit the strings hard enough to get some volume, without getting fret buzz all over the place. I know its meant to simulate an acoustic, where you have to hit the strings harder, but that just doesnt work on an electric with low action. It's better to just make a good clean tone without the acoustic emulator.

But it's amazing not having to tune! Guitar tuned to E standard, and the notes are only 2-4 cents off when i shift it all the way down to B Standard. Also works like a charm for all those pesky non A440 songs, just use the whammy pedal ever so slightly. Not sure it sounds 100% identical to actually changing tuning, but the game has no proglems recognizing it. Do you experience a difference in sound on the pedal you use? It's a bit strange to use it on my normal amp, as i can hear the guitar and amp at the same time, unless i turn up the amp a fair bit.

Works great, I don't have to retune my guitar every time to play different tuning songs. For me, this shifter is a must have :) I ordered a Whammy DT pedal, found one for 210$, pretty good deal! But they are out of stock, so i have to wait until the start of february...... But i couldnt wait that long... so i decided to go ahead and try this song anyway. And its working fine, no issues with string tension using the ernie ball heavy bottom skinny top strings on my esp ltd h-1001, so thats good, since i love this song! But i noticed that there are some differences in the lead and lead bonus path, and the bonus path sounds more acurate, the bonus path doesnt have some of the bends the lead path has (but shouldnt have). There are some other differences as well, but i cant point out what they are, the bonus path just sound more in tune and acurate. Im talking about the part of the song until the impossible to play sweep picking starts:P impossible for me anyway, for now. Missing palm mutes as well. The single string fast pattern (the one that starts with 4 notes on 2nd fret A string, and ends on the G string) should be palm muted, on all 4 paths. Maybe you could look into it? Edit: Also played rhythm parts, no issues with string tension there either. Have to be a bit more gentle than normal, but it worked fine. Rhythm parts felt good, arpeggios on non bonus part felt more acurate, but i could be wrong there, im not too good at it. Rest felt very good on both rhythm parts. Maybe you could add the arpeggio part from the non bonus rhythm track to the lead tracks? Since that part of the lead track currently has no notes. So thank you! :D

All i remember is that it was a few Nightwish songs. Maybe there is something wrong with my setup causing this, but i get it with both guitars at least.

I have no idea why it does this. Can you try to disable lost boys, and see if brandon lee works then?

Could be better,but we have on this site many many of customs without palm mute. yeah i know many songs are wrong, and it sounds really bad on some of them. Fixing it is pretty fast though, and it would be easier if you fixed it and replaced it with this one, instead of me fixing it and uploading it so we have 2 different versions of the same song. And i dont want to just fix someone elses cdlc and upload it as my own either. I dont mean to sound disrespectful or anything. I have many of your songs, and they are great. If i see more people asking for palm mute i can do that.But its not so bad,and making another "version" with palm mute,i find that totally unecessary.I see customs without palm mute,bad sync,a lot of things,and i dont make "versions" of them. As i said,if i see more people asking for this,i will do this.Adding something to a GP tab of somebody,is extra time. Well, it might take a lot of time now that you have so many songs uploaded, but wouldnt have taken that much longer adding it while you were creating it. I fixed up Manowar - Warriors of the world, it was also missing palm mutes. It was the first time i did any cdlc work, and it took me about 2-3 hours figuring out how to extract it, edit it and put it together again. But now that i know how to do it, it shouldnt take long at all. I did almost the same as albatross213 says, i just marked all the notes holding down ctrl, then hit ctrl+m. I had to do this to 2 different files though. I hope you don't see it as complaining, i'ts just a request/observation.
