Artist: Megadeth Title: This Was My Life Date: May 11, 2015 4:01 AM	Hi bokkiej! :-) I can't speak for the guitar lines, but the bass line seems to be dead on.. although given the tone that is in the song, I had to literally drop my music volume to 5, bump my bass volume to 100 (i normally leave them at 50/50 so i can make adjustments per song), and then crank my PC volume to nearly maximum (i normally leave it around 10 out of 100) to be able to hear my bass over the music. :-S Thanks for your comments! I'm waiting for a replacement for my cable so I can't change and test it at the moment, if I can I'll do so!

Most solo's are difficult for me to play so I don't always recognize it being off. I've never invested enough time in learning how to do tones, right now I'm adding lyrics to some songs and another weekend I'll probably dive into tones. Slow down at 20% speed in riff repeater for the solo to make sure everything is good, that's how i do it and it's really usefull. Well, I've synced/corrected Holy Wars solo by hand in EoF almost a year ago when there was no CDLC of it yet and while it took some time, that wasn't a problem, but this solo doesn't compute somehow with the source for me. I keep hearing notes when there aren't any in the source, and vice versa. Since I don't have any progress (except for a little part where only sync was off, that was easy to repair :)) I'm inclined to leave it be, which I don't really want because... well, creating CDLC also creates some responsibilty :). I could use some help for the solo to get it up to quality. All files are uploaded on the mega link in the first post, if you want to help please be my guest.

Have you checked tab to whole album, I posted long time ago here? http://customsforge....-13/#entry70015 That was the source I used IIRC, and it didn't have bass tabs for them. In the meantime, some songs have also appeared on ultimate-guitar.com . Their Age of Reason version had bass so I added them. Maybe the also have the solo's missing, I'll look into that later.

Also, hopefully this uses the original track as opposed to Dave's remaster of it (which added trumpets and shit ugh). I thought it was funny that the video (even though I know it isn't official) shows Marty and Nick jamming out, even though they weren't even in the band yet lol Nope, it's the remaster. Trumpets were already there in the original, just buried under the reverb :) You can easily unpack and repack with your own MP3 with the tools if you want (remember to add a little silence in the beginning to sync it out properly).

The tapping has some problems because in the beginning is marked as an open note on the high E, but it should be a tap note on the 24th fret, and at the outro there are a lot of missing notes I just hope you can fix everything! I see now that I based v2 not on v1 but beta2. My bad with using different directories as backup :) Rebuilding v1 now gives an error in the newest toolkit so I'll guess I'll have to go bughunting. In the meantime, use v1 in the 'all versions' link.

You might want to let EoF set them again :) Internet ( part on the D-string is 7 to 9th fret instead of 10 but I'm not sure, my stereo doesn't let me hear much bass.

It's fixed and I also added some custom tones. Ice9: I use EOF. I open the song, add guitar pro file with BPM as said in the guitar pro file and then fine tune at the beats, set them as anchor. I use the track most easily audible by me and also waveform graph, this is often most precise if you can see the spikes. Took me about an hour to do the first version, now about 1,5 hour because of my error.
