I am in the process of tabbing Gameover right now and it should be finished this upcoming week.  I have already started tabbing Shooting Stars and I think there is already a Guitar Pro tab for Battle Scars online somewhere.  I will check it out and see how accurate it is, and if it doesn't need much work, I can probably have it ready soon.  I will add Natalie Portman to my cue of songs to tab.

The clean tones were kinda difficult for me to get right with this custom because the only guitar that I have set up right now has active EMG pickups. That's the problem with actives, is that they are extremely high gain and kinda of flat sounding using clean tones. They don't have the dynamic range or "sparkle" that passive pickups have. Because of this it was really hard for me to gauge how the clean EQ would translate to guitars with passive pickups. If I would have just guessed made the EQ too bright, then the built in limiter that is used in RS would have just sucked the clean volume right out of the song. I just put new strings on my Telecaster yesterday, so now I can test my clean tones more accurately. I may update the song with new cleans, I will post it in the info if I do.

Thanks... I'm glad that some of you are enjoying it.  While I wouldn't do this for most albums, I feel like playing this album all the way through works really well and is fun to play.   I was thinking about doing Propagandhi "How To Clean Everything" or "Less Talk More Rock" in this format also.  They are both very short albums and are fun to play straight through.  Comment to let me know which one of the two albums you would like to see done this way.

I played it through on my mac on all paths and it seemed to work just fine.  Maybe there is a problem with the PC rhythm path.  I don't have the game for PC to test it though.  I can try to re-pack it tomorrow and see if that helps.

I must have missed that.  Sorry about that.  It will have to stick for now and I will fix it and update it eventually.

I am working on individual versions of all of the songs.  This is something that I made for me and my buddies to play and decided to post it because it was just sitting on my hard drive.  Breaking them into individual songs is going to take a while, but is something that I had planned on doing anyway.    All of the songs are broken up in the Riff Repeater.  So if you just scan through the sections until you get to "Leave It Alone", or what ever song you want to play, then you can easily learn any song or section of a song that you want to.  If you are hellbent on getting high scores or percentages, learn the whole album and get a high score on it.  Or you can wait until I get around to posting these songs individually, but I have other songs that I am working on ahead of these.    Like I said , this is something I did a while back for shits and gigs and just decided to post last night.  Me and my friends have blast playing this album all the way through and I posted it because I thought someone else would have as good of time a playing it as we do.   I listened to this album so much when it came out that whenever me and my friends would get together to play music and one of us would start playing "Linoleum" we would go straight into "Leave It Alone" afterwards, and before we knew it we had played the whole album through.  I knew that some people wouldn't dig the "Full Album Format", but "it is what it is" for the moment.

@BirthdaySpiders   That's odd.  I have played the mac version a few times through on every path and it works like a charm.  Unfortunately, I don't have a PC version of the game to test this song with.  I went through everything in the toolkit and all seems fine.  The only thing I can do is repack and generate a new PC version from the mac version.  I am about to post it.  Please let me know if that fixes it.  If not, I hope there is someone on this forum that may be able to help.

I just updated the link to a new version of this song.  The Rhythm Guitar Path was broken in the first version.  Sorry about that.

Title: Turn Soonest To The Sea (Drop D)
Date: April 13, 2015 2:37 PM
The original tuning is Eb drop C#. The other version that I posted is the album version with the original tuning. I did this one for people who wanted to learn how to play the song without having to drop their whole guitar down a half step. The fingerings are exactly the same in both versions, I just pitched the audio up a half step so that it can be played in standard Drop D.

I would have to make a GP of Great Scott. I might make a post with links to my original GP files...I probably will not post the ones that I didn't make entirely from scratch though.  By the way...how long did it take you to get your Magna Charter status?  I posted links to my customs on the thread weeks ago and I just re-posted them last night.  Just curious.

I've actually already started on "secret identity". I can do "Great Scott" and "Sweet Sixteen" also, but they are going at the end of a pretty long "list" of requested customs. So it maybe a while before I can get to them. As far charting these songs; about 50% of the songs that I have posted were tabbed from scratch by me. Another 30% were guitar pro files that I use as templates to re-tab the songs as accurately as I can. I also add and/or consolidate any parts to make these arrangement more Rocksmith conducive. Sometimes I transpose the songs so that you won't have to tune to drop c or Eb every time you change songs. I also retabbed songs that use capos. I am very impatient when I am playing rocksmith and the less tuning and figuring I have to do between songs, the better. The other 20% are songs that were directly ported from guitar pro over to rocksmith with no modifications. These are some of the first customs that I made while learning the process. They aren't my favorites and I plan on reworking all of those. I would actually like to post the Guitar Pro files that I make on this forum, but I don't know what the policy is on doing so. I wouldn't want to do anything to "break the rules". I think Guitar Pro is a much better tool for learning songs than Rocksmith is. It's way easier to learn the parts in Guitar Pro and then have fun playing them in Rocksmith with your buddies.

I have a list of all of the songs that I have to redo and I will be posting newer versions of all of them ASAP.  I am going to make the songs that have solos in them my priority and add riff repeater to them.

I'm glad you are enjoying the song. I plan on doing at least one song each from "the rest is silence","there's no way we're going to fit in" and "randy the band". And maybe a few more from "you can't keep a good band down" because it is my favorite randy album.

I made a lot of these customs with no intention on posting them. This one of the first customs that I made. I didn't really know what I was doing and the lack of lyrics and sections shows that. There are a handful of songs that I posted that are like this and I will be making a second version for all of them with lyrics and sections eventually, but that is going to require basically starting from scratch with each one so it may take some time to get them all posted. I just posted these to see if there would actually be enough interest from the community to warrant me spending the time that it would take to redo them.

I'm glad everyone is enjoying the song. @Antithez... I thought about using the previous version's lyric file, but I added a 2 sec leading silence to my audio in Logic and I don't think that they would sync up. I actually plan on making a version 2 today with lyrics and tone changes...so keep your eyes open for it in the next few days. Like I said in the description, it isn't absolutely perfectly synced throughout the whole song, but the tabs are pretty accurate. I think the syncing falls off slightly because the song is so long. When I checked it in EOF it was close to perfectly synced, but somewhere between EOF and the output through Rocksmith it gets slightly jammed up. I'm going to try and fix this time around though. I am glad that everyone appreciates the work that goes into these customs and I am even more happy that you guys are enjoying my customs.

No, I wasn't aware that there was another version posted. I haven't searched for customs in a while. I made all of these customs a while ago and I just posted them all yesterday. Had I known that someone already did this song, I wouldn't have spent the time doing it. I originally was going to use a Guitar Pro tab that I downloaded to make this custom, but the tab was inaccurate. So I retabbed 90% of the song. I should have really checked the forums first....it would have saved me a shitload of time...lol I originally was just making customs for me and my buddy. I wasn't going to post them because I know how picky and critical a lot of people can be about this shit. My buddy convinced me to post them. I am glad that people are enjoying them. Some of the songs are better than others because I was just making them for us and we didn't really care about lyrics, tone switches or riff repeater.
