That is why DLC Builder has a phrase moving feature to bypass that limitation: https://github.com/iminashi/Rocksmith2014.NET/blob/main/samples/DLCBuilder/README.md#using-the-phrase-mover No need to alter the time signature/beats. EOF will warn about any sustain that crosses a phrase boundary, but if it's only a sustain (like at 4:01.882), it won't cause any problems (though with a long sustain it might look bit awkward when using the riff repeater). The problematic case is with linknext notes when DD levels are involved. Like at 0:35.377, where the note with the unpitched slide out is in a different phrase than the note linked to it.

This can cause the next note on the same string to become invisible. I can modify DLC Builder to ignore such linknext errors, but an easy fix is just to not change the phrase in the middle of a linknext.

One would think that with 3000 hours in the game you would learn to recognize all those things, but I guess not.  :mellow:   I was actually going to ask you about how to put the Japanese in there too, for the folks like are into that sort of thing (like Japan, for example). ;)   You just use the EN/JP switch in the Toolkit, which changes the artist and title textboxes into ones where you can enter them in Japanese.

Very few CDLC have them and I can't find any information anywhere on how to add Japanese lyrics to CDLC, the guides I've seen for adding lyrics in general don't work with Japanese characters.   Basically you make a Japanese vocals XML file somehow (since EOF doesn't support Unicode), then use my font generator and the Toolkit build in that thread to put it together. I've been meaning to release a new version of the font generator and put in a pull request for the Toolkit so you wouldn't need to use the custom build, but just haven't gotten around to it...   I've made also made a small utility program to convert romaji XML into Japanese. It's not much, though it is better than editing the file manually, but I haven't released it yet.

Date: October 28, 2017 2:41 AM 		Thanks, nice work as always.   Playing the song, I couldn't help noticing that you used "hutari" in the lyrics, which seemed weird to me since "futari" is a lot more common romanization.   So I loaded it into EOF to take a look at the lyrics. There was one typo: "totae" should be "todae".   Here's an XML where I've done some quick fixing:   https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B_0HDnEbZi4PWVJmelQxRktYN2M   According to Wikipedia, the song begins with "With Dune" instead of "Let's Dune". It's quite hard to hear clearly in the beginning, but at 02:42 hyde clearly says "With Dune" (Well, clearly says "Uizu Dyuun" :P)   Another word that's strangely not included in the lyrics sheet is at 03:04. It sounds a lot like "inai", which completes the sentence "Sakyuu ni wa mou dare mo inai".   I didn't touch the sync since it looked like most of the beats in the beatmap come a bit late. I shortened some sustains that were too long though.

I don't know of any other resources, so if the pitch that program gives sounds wrong, I'll just have to rely on my ears.   Adjusting the audio is exactly what I do. Purists may not like it, but since I'm a lazy guy when it comes to retuning my guitar, I like to just change the pitch of the audio instead. :P I use the "Change Pitch" effect in Audacity, with "High quality stretching" checked.

Keep up the good work. :)   As the obnoxious nitpicker that I am, there are a few things (things no one cares about) in the chart that I myself would edit if this were my custom.   Also, about the 24 fret thing. It's notes on the 23rd and 24th fret that aren't counted, and Remastered changed something about it so that the notes need to be set as 'ignore', otherwise you will get less mastery than accuracy.
