Thanks for the feedback.  Many of the older country songs only have a piano track, and when I remove the higher notes to leave the bass, it doesn't seem to work out very well.  I think in the future it would be better if I didn't include a bass track, unless the midi file already has one.

I don't have good Guitar Pro files to work with and have to use midi files for the older country songs.  In addition, many of these have untitled tracks or only tracks for other instruments.  If there is only a piano track then I have to delete some of the notes, and in the case of bass, I delete the high notes. I have only been doing this for a short time and am only doing this because it seems that no one else wants to do the older country songs that I love and grew up on.  I will take another look at this song when I get the chance, or perhaps you will upload your own better version of the song.

I included a  link to the utube video.  There was no change to the music file itself.  I am still trying to find a banjo sound I can use. I don't have good Guitar Pro files to work with and have to use midi files for the older country songs.  Many of these won't load into Guitar Pro because they are corrupt. I will take another look at this song when I get the chance.  Right now I have three more songs ready to upload and another hundred or so that I'm wanting to do.

The EOF only allows me two files so I used them for the lead and bass, therefore I used the separate record to fulfill the request for rhythm.  I see that some people have been able to include all three in one file but I'm new at this and haven't figured that out yet.  As far as the updates go, I was just including a link to utube for the music videos.  There was no change to the music files themselves.

Thanks, I appreciate your comments and wish that I had your understanding of music theory.  I've only been doing this for a couple of weeks or so, and playing Rocksmith for about three months, therefore, I don't really understand that much about music.  The only reason that I'm doing the old country songs is that no one else seems interested in doing them.  I wish that someone like you who has a greater understanding of music theory would take over so that I could just relax and learn to play the guitar.   It's not easy for me to do these songs. It really hard work and takes about three or four hours to do a song. It took me about a week of hard effort to learn how to use the half-dozen programs to construct and upload a program.   I would much rather use this time learning to play, but until someone one else is willing to do it, I guess I'll just keep plugging away at getting some of these great country songs out there.

Sorry, I could not find any Keith Whitley Guitar Pro files but I did find a couple of Midi files.  Unfortunately, they were corrupt and could not be used.  Perhaps something will turn up later     **Up Date**  I finally found a song that Keith recorded with his wife before he died.  I hope you like it.
