1) Dying Wish is an American metalcore/hardcore band originating from Portland, Oregon. The band was formed in 2018 and consists of vocalist Emma Boster, guitarists Pedro Carrillo and Sam Reynolds, bassist Jon Mackey, and drummer Jeff Yambra. Former bassist Andrew Le departed the band in 2023, and Jon Mackey joined as his replacement.
The band's inception occurred during a basement show hosted by Creeping Death in 2018. Their first demo, titled "Dying Wish," featured three tracks and was released on June 25, 2018.
