Install order matters
Start with your platform's main build. Windows hotfixes overlay the main build; Mac utilities are a separate optional installer.
Extract the main build ZIP to a folder of your choice, preferably somewhere you can write to without administrator permissions.
If a Windows hotfix is listed, extract it into the same folder that contains eof.exe, then merge folders and overwrite existing files when prompted.
Open the DMG and copy EOF to the location you prefer, such as Applications, then eject the mounted disk image.
Download and run the utilities package if you need MP3 import, OGG encoding, or other audio conversion features.
