There are at least two bands by the name High Spirits:
1) High Spirits is an American, NWOBHM-influenced Heavy Metal band fronted by Chris Black of Dawnbringer, Superchrist, Pharaoh etc. fame.
2) The High Spirits were a top-notch rock & roll combo, enormously popular on the teen-club circuit, playing primarily surf music to a music obsessed Minnesota audience. The band was recently inducted into the Midwest Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
