Finally had a chance to play it! Wee bit of feedback on the track, the solo that starts on the high E string at 11 does a new solo in the second half in the song but repeats on the track (goes upto 12, back to 11, back to 12 then to 14, 11, 9, 7 6 and then ending on 4 into the chorus) If you play along with that while listening you'll hear it. I love the outro tone, tones are the hardest part for me. Tones are hard for me too, because I play through an amp so I kinda just guess with the tones |

Great song, never heard it before, but i loved it. The distortion tone was a bit "fart in a tuba" sounding, lol, if you know what i mean. Bit too much bass, and it sounds a bit echo-ish/delayed. Best explanation of a tone ever? If you are looking for a tone i could recommend the tone Teinashu used in songs like Orphanded Land - Children, and Rhapsody of fire - on the way to ainor. I have that tone saved on my quick slots, and i know many others have too. Another bit of advice would be to split up the riff repeater sections a bit more on most of your cdlc, so that it's easier to practice shorter sections of the songs, that would be very nice on songs like Mattias IA EklundhMidsummer - Night In Hell. You upload a lot of good songs, so it's just some friendly advice, and i don't mean to bash on you. thanks! Sorry about the tone, I mute the guitar in the game because I play through my amp instead. |

What was wrong with the other 2 - more complete - versions of this song that are already on CF? Generally it's best that if you are releasing a cdlc that already has a version, use the release notes to say what yours improves upon. There are some issues with graphics glitching on the chords , so its very hard to see what chords are supposed to be played. The tone sounds quite bad as well, but thats not a huge problem, the graphic glitch is worse. Sorry about that, just updated the cdlc, can you try again and report back if this is fixed? |
