Date: June 22, 2017 7:31 PM 		@ - I played this on bass last night, and it seemed like most of the song is a little bit below standard. I tuned about 40 cents flat and it sounded a lot better for the bulk of the song, so I think it fits in somewhere around there.   But then after the little break late in the song, it seemed like it was off again. Didn't take the time to figure out exactly what was going on with that part, though.   Thanks for the insight albatross! I'll clarify: half the bass is in the original tuning and the other half is a step down. It was split that way so I could hear what both tunings would sound like separately and it was just confusing as I also tried retabbing the guitar part and that also sounded off.. However tuning it down "40 cents" seems to be the solution for this particular song (I'm not sure how many cents a full semitone is) so I'll repair the bass line soon!

Hoping for a corrected version :D   Yes I did notice that there is something off with the tuning, however playing it a step down also sounds wrong so I think the actual tuning of this song should be Eb instead? Someone more well versed in music theory could help explain this but as for now, I'll try experimenting with it in Eb standard.

Date: June 12, 2017 9:10 PM 		@   Oh sorry! For me the "clean" tone just explodes in volume and puts the distortion to shame when I play it. They sound very hollow and tinny, and the reverb? on the clean tone is probably the reason even though the volume is a lot lower (22 vs  29). All in all you can say it's a matter of subjectivity but regardless, you shouldn't use the same tones for different songs (they really don't work here imo).   Also, scroll speeds! Useful thing that I wish I knew sooner. I think a bit faster in this case would work in favour.

I do prefer the barre chords and that the chart has now been oversimplified but that's just me.   It makes more sense for it to be in E standard so good job on that too. I guess fill in some missing notes and adjust the volumes and scroll speed a bit and it'll be pretty much a direct upgrade.
