This wasn't made totally by ear, so I'm pretty sure is not 100% accurate but playable, closest look I found is this one at 4:47 https://youtu.be/pgOWujt-GHI?si=q00cQ-3TbELP4CjP , that's an 8-string and seems like what the chart shows, still might be mistaken, but didn't felt off to me, unless I'm tone-deaf lmao (might be) unless you're talking about the first strings? Couldn't find a good video but yeah might need to look more into as I don't own a 8 string xd I saw on a video that he ends the clean part on the 1st fret, so thought it was ok but idk haha
