My CDLC don't show up in Rocksmith
CDLC are .psarc files. If a song doesn't show up, check these in order:
- The file is in the
dlcfolder inside the Rocksmith install folder, not in Downloads. In Steam, right-click Rocksmith 2014, then Manage, then Browse local files. - PC files end in
_p.psarc. Mac files end in_m.psarc. - You restarted Rocksmith after adding the file.
- The filters in Learn a Song aren't hiding it.
On PC, the CDLC Enabler has to be set up first. The steps are on the CDLC Enabler page. On a Mac, follow How to add custom songs on Mac or ask in #mac-os on Discord.
If only the amps show when a song starts, see All I can see is the amps when I start a song.
If the game won't start or shows a d3dx9_42.dll error: the CDLC Enabler puts D3DX9_42.dll in the Rocksmith folder. Delete that file and the game starts, without CDLC. Run the CDLC Enabler again to put it back.
