Date: September 26, 2020 4:18 PM 		Personally, I have a 5 string bass, so if you could make a B standard alternate track with the current chart, I'd be totally happy. :)  Even if those notes in the middle of the song stayed as ghost notes, at least it would play and sound correct!   I think there's a trick to make 5 string bass play legitimately as a rhythm guitar track, but I'm not sure how hard it is to make that work.   For the 4 string track, I think you're right about leaving it in E standard because the rest of it plays just fine after the intro.  It wouldn't be a huge loss - it's not like the intro is super exciting or anything whether you're playing it or not.  :)   If we're getting really wishlist-y, I wonder if the intro would sound OK if it was transposed up an octave to fit on 4 strings?  It's only 5 or 6 different notes - I bet it could be workshopped.   I updated the CDLC.   I went with just a E-standard for Bass.   I tried to add an additional Drop-C the toolkit didn't like that tuning so I guess that is not going to work easily.   Anyway, I think if they played this live, they'd probably just play the intro bit off a pre-recorded synth anyway right :)   Like they're walking on stage and plugging in their equipment while that intro is playing then the start playing the faster portion and turn on the lights :)

(rhythm/bass) The second instrumental breakdown with A, E, A, E... applies to Bass as well. This song is way more difficult than I expected as well, good job.   That's fair, I can see some people wanting the clean and lead parts to separate paths. Obviously I prefer them on a single path, but anyone with some charting experience is welcome to pop open up the notes.eof and break it up if they want.   I create my CDLC for myself foremost, but I get sometimes that might be against the way other people want it and my intention is never to 'camp' a song and prevent it from other people doing it, but put the work out I've done out there A ) in case I messed up like a goof and end up distracted instead of fixing it and B ) for other people to use to alternate arrangements they like more if they want.   The difficulty definitely surprised me too, I had to put this one away like twice while working on it because it just felt like too much to do all at once, even with converting it from the RB3 chart's base. Thanks!     I don't mind that they're on the same path, just the tone change is off-putting to me.    I wonder how it'd play if you stuck to one tone instead of changing midbeat.      But there is some way to conceal the tone change, I noticed when I repacked Killing In The Name Of (added uncensored lyrics and repacked) that there's a section in there too that rapidly swaps tones but it isn't noticeable (no speakers flying around) in the DLC somehow but it was in the repacked one.   I don't know maybe there's some kind of flag they put so it just swaps tones instead of visually showing it too.     Anyway, it's fine just picking nits.   I don't know.

I can listen to Loneliness and Alexander The Great continuously and never get tired of them. But songs like 2 Minutes and Fear of the Dark have saturated me. Perhaps learning to play them well via Rocksmith will give them a 2nd life for me.   Loneliness is great, one of my favs.   Never been much of a fan of 2 minutes.   I liked the Blaze era as well haha.   The X Factor might be in my top 5.

However you charted a Maiden (my favourite) song and your tastes are very aligned with mine. I think Edguy and Stratovarius are criminally under-represented in Rocksmith so I am glad to open my mind a bit and consider your name a "must see" name. :)   thanks for this and have a blast roocking out to your creation!   @Berneer   Maiden, Edguy and Stratovarius.   Love them lol.  Add Virgin Steele and Gamma Ray and those are pretty much my favorite bands.   I'm working on adding more.   I've got a version of Stratovarius' Out of the Shadows ready to post.
