Date: January 13, 2025 8:58 PM 		Heyo, cool that you dropped a chart with all the instruments, though its unplayable at the moment, The true tuning for this song is around A449.5 which is quite far from standard A440, it's the number I get from the Tonart program and the same number from when I charted the bass for this year ago. I would advise you to re-pitch the audio down to standard pitch. Surely it must have sounded off when you play-tested it? Also feel free to use my bass tab for this. Although the fret hand positions and such on my mine are outdated, that should fix some of the wrong fills you charted for this. All the best :)

Unfortunately, almost every note for the bassline is off, and that is genuinely impressive. I strongly advise to stay clear of any tab made by "AllJudasPriest" on UltimateGuitar, which seems to be where you got your tab from. Their guitar tabs might be ok, but their bass tabs are sadly terrible. Feel free to use my old bassline for this song, it should be around here somewhere on CF. :)

As for fret hand position I try to manually edit them to match how Roger Glover played it in live videos. E.g. there are a couple of chromatic fills during the outro from 7th fret to 1st fret where he moves one fret at a time, hence the 7 different fret hand positions. Numbers ontop of the note might be tied to how often there are sections or phrases, idk. If you have some screenshots that would be helpfull to pinpoint the issue?

It's a pretty heavy track compared to the rest of the album, which is nice :) If you struggle with quiet audio on CDLCs it might be worth looking into the DLC builder which automates the process of finding correct dB for a song, (unless you're already using it though)

Under "Effect" you have "Change pitch", where you can type in the original pitch and the target of (440), which then re-pitches it.  To find the original/current pitch of a song, I use this demo program that just analyze the mp3/wav file: https://licensing.zplane.de/technology#tonart  There are other programs that also works, but these two are free, decent and they get the job done.  :)

In an ideal world, these charts would have lead and rhythm too, it's just that most of the BOC songs out there doesn't have any tabs (or they are poor), so i have to tab them out by ear from scratch. They aren't too complicated to make out and the bass usually sits quite prominent in the mix, at least the 70s stuff. The guitars however are simply above my skill level to tab out by ear. I can make basic power chords and such to these songs, but that is seldom what Buck Dharma actually plays. One day I'll figure it out perhaps :P

A few slides during the outro solo were missing but not enough to warrant a report. Stating a reason for a report or selecting a reason from some premade options should be mandatory imo. The way the anonymous report system is now in its current state is not very healthy. A tip might be to put your name in the cdlc file to distinguish it from the others, since there are like 5 versions of this song named Eagles_Hotel_California_v1, and more which have been removed from the site earlier.  Good job tho! :)

Date: July 24, 2020 8:23 AM 		Thanks. The song volume is too loud.   I see you've mentioned that on a few of my cdlcs. Do you mean too loud compared to the tone (so the tone gets drowned in the backing track and you cant hear it), or do you mean too loud compared to other dlcs?   All of my cdlcs should have the same volume, the more recent ones atleast, though I have mine slightly louder than official dlcs (Official ones have a loudness factor off -16 while I have mine on -15, so not much difference). If the tone is too weak compared to the backing track I can always boost the tone or find another one, I think i accidentally put on a 12string tone on this dlc anyway.

Date: May 18, 2019 6:24 PM 		Some feedback for the bass, i hope you don't mind:    -All the notes on the blue string, during the solo, should be one octave lower and moved to the red B string  -Right at the end of the solo section/beginning of the next one, there should be an unpitched slide down from 12th fret yellow string, before the triplets start -During the breakdown after the solo, after it repeats one time, the bass should continue to play triplets, instead of long sustains (after those yellow notes there)   -The last few notes on the blue string during the same breakdown section should also be moved one octave lower   Other than that, good job! ^^

I tried it on the bass and I see this version has the same problem for the bass as the other one uploaded here, because there is definitely something off about the tab. Either the key or the tuning is wrong pretty much throughout the song. I've played along with this tab in D Drop C: https://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/c/children_of_bodom/oops_i_did_it_again_btab.htm  and it seems accurate enough, might wanna have a look at that.    Another thing is that the octave notes in the intro sound like they are slapped/popped, but I guess that is what you meant by fixing the tech notes for the bass.
